Andy Vandervell is a technology journalist and writer based in London. He started out in journalism writing video game reviews for respected independent online publications such as www.videogamer.co.uk (as Pro-G.co.uk) and www.bit-tech.net, and writing his own popular gaming blog.
His first ‘proper’ gig was on TrustedReviews.com, one of the UK’s leading technology review websites. He started as a Staff Writer and within two years was Reviews Editor, in which time the publication was sold IPC Media, one of the UK’s largest publishers.
In 2010 he joined Which? as Deputy Technology Editor where he helps oversee technology content in the magazine and online. He’s a regular on the Which? Tech Podcast, contributes opinion pieces on Which? Conversation and often be seen previewing the lastest technology on the Which? YouTube channel.
When he isn’t working Andy has a passion for cricket that borders on obsessive. An opening batsmen of occasional talent, and deluded enough to believe he bowls useful ‘offies’, he rarely misses a game during the summer.
